In this recent installation, the ASI team designed and installed a 40ft x 40ft 2-level rack-supported mezzanine in a newly constructed cannabis dispensary in Southeastern Massachusetts.
The lightweight, pre-packaged nature of the products being stored allows for hand-loading and picking from the system. With no need to support room for lift traffic, we were able to leverage compact aisle and catwalks to maximize storage capacity within the limited footprint.
Compared to a standard shelving system in the same floor space, this pallet rack mezzanine features more than double the usable stocking positions and enjoys significantly better visibility and accessibility!
