American Surplus currently has three styles of pallet rack dividers in stock: hanging wire dividers, D-bars, and M-bars. Each type offers a different style of organization depending on what you are storing. Keep your pallet racks evenly organized with hanging wire dividers. These dividers allow you to keep and maintain product neatly by easily hooking into existing wire decking to prevent movement of product from designated racks. This allows inventory to remain exactly where it should be and prevents items from getting lost or displaced. These hanging wire dividers are made from durable 6 gauge wire to ensure they will not bend or break.
M-bars are another form of vertical divider that allow you to stock irregularly shaped items vertically, rather than horizontally, which increases efficiency and decreases floor space needed for horizontal storage. M-bars attach to rear beams of pallet racking, and have two or three brackets, depending on the size you need. They are typically used to store lumber, pipes, doors and windows, and similar lengthy, bulky items.
D-bars, also called loop dividers, are similar to M-bars in that they are designed to facilitate vertical storage, they just utilize a different shape to do so. A D-bar can be added at the top and bottom of a bay of pallet rack to achieve the same effect as an M-bar while maintaining a lower profile. D-bars come in a wide range of sizes, are as deep as a standard pallet rack, and are equipped with either one or two brackets, depending on the size of the D-bar.
