The overall conveyor width is 25" with an effective width of 30". The maxumum throughput is 100ppm and the max product weight is 75 lbs. The smallest dimension for products to fit is 6" x 9" and the max is 28" x 36". Minimum distance between products is 18" and the distance between divert points is the spur width times 2, 5". The maximum length of the sorter is 125' for the left hand sortation conveyor and 143' for the right hand sortation conveyor. 30 Degree conveyor diverts are integrated into the length of the unit. The conveyor also features a conveyor drive pulley.
