A. Once American Surplus has a complete inventory of what is available, we can have an offer to you the same day. If an agreement is made, we can schedule teardown and removal typically within 2-3 days.
Q. How Long Will It Take for American Surplus to Remove the Used Equipment From My Facility?
A. Each job is unique with our team typically working 6 days a week 10 hours a day.
Q. Does American Surplus Purchase and Remove All Equipment On the Order From My Warehouse?
A. Yes. American Surplus has its own small internal teardown team that can help. In addition, we have teardown teams all over the country that we use to assist with the entire process.
Q. Is American Surplus Going to Clean Once Teardown Is Complete?
A. ASI can leave area broom swept when complete, all lags can be cut flush to the floor.
Q. Will American Surplus Repair All Holes After Removing the Equipment?
A. Lags can be cut flush to the floor. If holes need to be filled, we can provide that service.
Q. Are You Able to Operate Around a Warehouse that Is Still Functioning?

Q. How Will I Get Paid?
A. Once material is inventoried and verified, American Surplus will need an invoice to process payment. ASI typically provides a deposit with payments made as product is received. We can make payment by wire transfer or send out a check.
